How do I search for products on Karmik.in?You can directly navigate to the products from the home page using the "CLOTHING" tab on the upper right hand side, to browse for products according to their category or you use the "DESIGNERS" tab at the top to navigate through the collection of a particular designer. To shop the latest collection you can click on the "WHAT'S NEW" tab. You can further refine your product search according to size and color preference using the "Filter" option on the upper left side tab.
How can I shop from Karmik.in?Once you have found an item, click on its image and choose your size. If you like a product but wish to review or buy it later then click the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button. To proceed and make payment click the 'BUY NOW' button and complete the order process using your Facebook login id or email address and fill out your shipping details and select your preferred mode of payment. Alternately if your are our registered member you can login to your Karmik account for making the purchase.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?You can shop at KARMIK without creating an account. You can place an order with us using your Facebook login id or your valid email address. However, register with us and to be able to enjoy the following benefits:

I live outside India, can I order for a delivery in India?Yes, all you have to do is when you proceed for payment and fill in the billing details; you need to provide the Indian address to by clicking on ‘ENTER SEPARATE BILLING ADDRESS’ tab.
Do you send mails or messages to your clients?Yes, we do update our clients about seasonal sale, new collection launch, etc by contacting them through mails or personal messages. However we do so only when you sign up for receiving our newsletters.
How do I manage the emails I receive? Or how do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?Based on the choices you have made during various online / offline interactions with us, we would communicate with you periodically for event based communications such as order information, invites, reminders, special offers etc. If you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can choose to unsubscribe.

Is there any difference between the merchandise sold at KARMIK.IN and KARMIK physical stores?KARMIK.IN offers the same quality of merchandise as sold in KARMIK stores; however, we are currently not offering the complete range of products available in our store, through our website, though we are endeavouring to continually expand our range. Currently you can only buy the apparels online, however at our store you can also buy accessories like clutches and footwear that are available on the website at present.
What type of products and styles do you sell on-line?Karmik’s Collection comprises a rich Indian ethnic wear lineage and has contemporized it into every day formals and occasion wear. The styles which comprise of the line are classic Indian styles and silhouettes which include Saris, Salwar Kameez, Churidar Kurta, Tunics etc.
Can I find the same product in your physical store which is available online?Yes, if it is available online then it is in the stock at one of our stores, but there may be possibility that it’s not available in the store near to your location. You can note down the product code mentioned on the website and check with our stores to see if they have that product.
How do I understand which size will fit me? Do you have size charts?All designer products usually have standard sizes, and we provide you with the option to choose your size before making the purchase. You can refer to the “sizes guide” on the bottom left side for further assistance or get in touch with us by posting your query on our customer care id.
I searched, but I can’t find the item which I saw in one of your stores.It is possible that you may not find an item you saw in the store, since it could be out of stock, or it may not be a part of our online range at present.
Where can I find / search a particular collection?You can directly search for the product you are looking for by typing in the product code in the search box provided at the top right hand side of the webpage.
Do you have any discount offers or seasonal sale?Yes, we have seasonal sale and also we provide gift vouchers in various events organised by Karmik. We will keep you informed via e-mailers, banners and notifications about our online sale from time to time.

How can I choose to pay on karmik.in?We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and JCB
What currencies can I choose to pay in?We accept payments in Indian Rupees, US Dollars, Euros and British Pounds. You may choose to pay for your order in any of these currencies. To choose the currency, select the link at the top right hand side of the screen, followed by the drop down list.
Can I pay in cash on delivery?Yes, we offer cash on delivery facility. You give us your mobile number when you place your order and we'll call you to confirm the order. Once confirmed, we will ship out your product to you. On receiving your shipment, please pay the order amount in cash to the courier person.
When would the payment be deducted from my card account? Would I be charged as soon as I complete ordering online?Yes, an amount equal to your total order value will be blocked against your credit / debit card limit, as soon as you complete the transaction. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your full order, you shall not be charged for any items which are not delivered to you, and shall receive a full refund for the amount of such undelivered items.
Is Stop-payment allowed in case I realize my card has been misused or a purchase made fraudulently?You will need to report the incident to your card issuing bank, and subsequently block the payment.
What should I do if my credit/debit card has been compromised when I am trying to make a payment online?We do not store your complete credit card information on our website, and hence this cannot be compromised on our website. If you suspect that your card has been compromised on some other website and has been misused on our website, please immediately report the incident to your card issuing bank and inform our customer care immediately.
